About Orders

What is your minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity of retail order is: 1 piece
The minimum order quantity of wholesale order is: 20Pcs (can mix any different model different sizes)

What forms of payment are accepted?
All our prices are in USD. Currently we can accept payments using Visa and MasterCard cards and PayPal. We also accept pay by bank transfer and Western Union.

When is my order going to ship?
For in stock dresses: Orders typically ship within 3~4 business days after the payment is confirmed.
For custom made dresses: It usually takes 15~20 business days to tailor the dress.
We will send you an email notification once your order is shipped.



About Products

Are they the same dresses that displayed on the pictures?

For custom made dresses, the dress might not 100% the same as the picture as they are custom-made according to customer's demands.

I have some pictures of another dress. Can you make it for me?
If you can not find a dress to your liking on dressfeeling.com, you're welcome to send us the pictures of your dream dress, our professional dressmaker will try the best to make it for you!


About Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide via DHL and other reliable express service. We ship to nearly every country.

How many days will take to receive the dress?
For Stand/Economy Shipping: 6~10 business days after the shipment date.
For Expedite Shipping: 4~6 business days after the shipment date.
*** Total delivery time= order processing time + shipping time

How are shipping rates calculated?
To make your shopping experience at dressfeeling even more enjoyable, we have streamlined our shipping rates. During checkout, specify your shipping address and it will calculate shipping fee based on country.   


About Return

What is your Return Policy?
Evening formal wear is very different from the common fashion dresses, so we do not accept return if there's no quality problems. If you found any problems on the dress, please contact us within 5 days from when the item was received. For all returns, please be sure the dress is in original condition- unworn, unwashed, unaltered. Please contact us before you send back the dress.

If the size does not fit, can I exchange to another size?
We offer SIZE EXCHANGE for "in stock dress", if the size does not fit perfectly, you can send back the dress to us, we will exchange it to another size for you. Please note that size  exchange only available for the same dress, and customer will need to cover the shipping costs of return and resend shipments.

If I don't like the dress, can I exchange to another dress?
For in stock dress: Exchange only available for the same dress.
For custom made dress:
As this is custom made service, all dresses are customized according to your demand, so we do not accept exchange and return for the custom made dresses, but we offer alteration service according to your requirements when the dress is finished.
