1)The photos on our website, they all taken from actual products. We made the dress first, and then hire the models to take a photo shoots. Not like other website, according to the photo to copy the dress.
2) Due to the nature of our products, like all other websites that sell prom and evening dresses, we do not accept returns. All products will be inspected by professional staff to assure that you will receive your dresses in perfect condition.
3) Size Exchanges are only granted for the same dress.
If
the size too big, we suggest you can alter the dress at the local
tailor shop. Also you can send back the dress to us, we will exchange
another size for you, but
buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and resend
shipping cost.

Please note exchange is not accepted for custom-made size.
Please
contact us within 3 days from the reception of your dress if you want to exchange the size.
Please DO NOT
return the dress to the address which shown on the airway bill, it's
our shipping agent's address, not us! We will not receive your parcel if
you send to the wrong address.
Dress must be postmarked back to us within 5 days from when the item was received. Please be sure the item is in original condition with no signs of wear, tear, and perfume.Thanks!
