1) Due to the nature of our products, like all other websites that sell prom and evening dresses, we do not accept returns. All products will be inspected by professional staff to assure that you will receive your dresses in perfect condition.
2) Please consult the size chart for the right size and if you are “between sizes” order the bigger size since it is easier to “take in” a dress than to “let out”.
Size exchange is available. But
buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges and resend
shipping freight and need to pay extra 15% of the amount as handling fee.

Please
contact us within 2 days (48 hours) from the reception of your dress.
Dress
must be postmarked back to us within 5 days from when the item was
received. Please be sure the item in its original condition with no
signs of wear, tear, and odors.
3) If you found any promlem on the dress, please contact us within 2 days (48 hours) from the reception of your dress. Please state the problem of the received goods and take a photo send to us.
For every refund,restocking fee and the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges to return and resend.
